- Foremen who can run a crew, read a spec, and keep a daily log.
- Lift-certified applicators for high work on decks, steel, and structure.
How the work runs
Crews are based out of Hattiesburg and travel to jobs across Mississippi. Some projects run nights or phases to fit an occupied building. OSHA 10 training and product-specific training are provided before you pick up a sprayer, and a safety officer walks active sites.
